At Chop Shoppe, we aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped via Australia Post (AusPost), and estimated delivery times can be found on the AusPost website. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other external factors. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

RETURNS

At Chop Shoppe, we take pride in the quality of our vintage and handmade items. As such, all sales are final. Please ensure you read the product descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing. *rips, stains, wear and tear is all part of the unique character of the garment.

Returns are only accepted if:

• An incorrect item has been received.

• The item's condition has been grossly misrepresented.

To initiate a return, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in unworn condition with all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Each return will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
